Dough Ingredients:

✔️ 1 egg

✔️ 160 g of sugar

✔️200 g of room temperature butter

✔️ 1 tbsp soda

✔️ 1 tbsp vinegar

✔️ 0.5 tsp cinnamon

✔️ 300 g flour (+ 30-50 g, the thickness of the dough also depends on the size of the egg, so take it into account)

Put sugar, cinnamon in the flour, add butter, knead well, add eggs, soda well dissolved in vinegar and knead the dough. You should get a soft dough.

 

Transfer the dough to a greased form and knead what you have left. Roll it separately and cut out the desired shapes to arrange on the cake.

Contents:

✔️200 g of pecans

✔️2 apples

✔️70 g butter

✔️ 2 tbsp brown sugar

✔️pinch nutmeg

✔️ 0.5 tsp cinnamon

✔️ 3 eggs

 

Boil the pecans, add the butter, chop the apples, add the brown sugar, add the buttered pecans, nutmeg and cinnamon, beat the eggs and mix well.

 

Fold the dough into the cake tin add the filling and the cut shapes, which you will transfer to the beaten egg and brown sugar

 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
