Strawberry Cake

150 g cup of sugar
1 can of Matzoon
100 g of olive oil
1 tbsp baking powder
250 g of flour
1 tsp lemon zest
Vanilla
Whisk eggs and sugar together. Add matzoon, then olive oil and finally dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, vanilla and lemon zest. Place the dough in a baking tin and top with the chopped berries.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Before baking, check the heart of the cake with thin wooden sticks
Cool the cake and place the ricotta cream on top. Garnish with the desired fruit and enjoy!
