Lime Cheesecake
DessertsBase:
2 1/2 cups powdered biscuits
1/2 cup melted butter
Pinch of salt
2 packs of cream cheese
1 can of condensed milk
1/3 cup lime juice + 2 tsp zest
Vanilla
3/4 cup cold cream
To garnish:
Lime slices
Whipped cream
Pour butter over the powdered biscuits, mix well and transfer to a round pie dish. Refrigerate to set firmly.
Meanwhile: Whisk the cream cheese well, add the condensed milk, then the lime juice, vanilla and salt.
Whip the cream in a separate bowl, but do not turn it into butter, and gently mix the cream-cheese mass with a silicone stick.
Place the cream on the biscuit base. Garnish with lime slices and whipped cream. Be sure to refrigerate for at least 3 hours, if you cook the day before and refrigerate overnight, it will be ideal.
