With Halloween approaching, it's time to learn how to make pumpkin treats, so I'm sharing a delicious pumpkin cheesecake recipe with you.

Ingredients for the dough base:


2 cups of crushed biscuits
1/4 teaspoon ginger spice
1/4 spoon of cinnamon
100 g of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
A pinch of salt for cream
1 cup of high-percentage cream
2 packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Let's prepare pumpkin cheesecake:

Grind the biscuits with a pinch of salt and transfer them to a deep bowl. Add spices and melted butter. Mix well and spread the mixture on the mold. Let's put it in the freezer before preparing the cream. As for the filling: add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to the cream cheese and pumpkin puree in a deep bowl and mix until a uniform mass is obtained. After that, whip the cream so that it does not harden too much and carefully mix it with the pumpkin mass with the help of a silicone stick. Then transfer this cream to a mold and let it stand overnight. When serving, garnish with cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy it!
