We will need:

Butter lurpak 200 gr
Vanilla 1 pack
Sugar flakes 120 gr
Flour 350 gr
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Desired jam 150 gr

Add sugar flakes and vanilla to the softened butter. Whisk well for 5-7 minutes. Add flour. Roll out the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then give it a form and bake 180 g for 10 minutes. Cool, add jam and sprinkle with sugar flakes.
